Yes, I have been living in this world for exactly 20 (twenty) years already. I just bid farewell to number 1 who had been following me for 10 years of joy and sadness. I might be seeing number 1 again after 80 years or maybe not...I don't know...we'll see...
Although I'll be seeing number 1 again next year, number 1 would just be my number 2's temporary assistant...
When number 2 came to me early this morning around 12am, number 2 told me that he'll bring an egg together with us for one year.
I received a lot of birthday wishes few minutes after the number 2 came to me. Thanks, my good friends....
20 years is not a big deal for people like my parents because they have been living in this world like more than 50 years. My parents are undeniably great people.
"What have I learnt after 20 years?" I have been asking myself and pondering all this while.
Well, flashing back at the past, my life back then was not as 'easy' as it is now. I'm not saying I'm getting well-off every year. What I meant was my life from a toddler to a teenager.
My birth place is Sibu. Supposedly, my birth place is Sarikei. LOL. Since I was so reluctant to come out (because it was so comfy inside and I had some business to do), my mother thought it wasn't the time to give birth yet though it was supposed to be the time already. Hence, she travelled to Sibu. Since the business inside no longer needed me and my contract with the company inside ended on the July 21st 1988, I decided to come out from my comfy office room at 4.15pm (my office hour ended at that time). I came out like a superman with a lot of people smiling, anticipating for my arrival. I was so shy because I forgot to put my clothes and everything on. My face was so red until it bled and blood was all over my body because I was too shy.
From then on, my saga begins...
I can't really recall back what I actually did when I was in primary school. I only remember that I played a lot and was forced to study. My parents are strict when it comes to study. That's why I feel tensed when studying. Though, I would never blamed them for being strict because I know I won't be who I am today without them being strict and motivate me all the time. UPSR, PMR and SPM proved these all.
Secondary school years were the best ever years I had ever gone through so far. However, after spending 5 years in high school, I would say that I wasted my days being a high school student. And the main reason is...
I went to school early in the morning around 7am and got back home around 2pm. It's either I would stay at home in the afternoon and night or I'll be in tuition. After tuition, went back home and did some school work...and then sleep...
Don't you think it was a waste???
2005 was my last year of high school. After getting my SPM result, the next thing I did was applying for scholarship.
Really thanks God...that I got it...made it to America...
That's why...I'm here...writing this blog, reminiscing of the past...
My birthday wish...
"Untuk menjadi masyarakat yang berguna kepada bangsa dan negara..."
if that's what everyone wants me to be...
Peace out!!!
